Noramtec Workforce Solutions Inc. (Noramtec) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in all aspects of our business. The purpose of this Online Privacy Statement is to confirm your acknowledgement and consent to the following purposes for which Noramtec may use and disclose the information we may collect, use, share and store about you. By submitting your personal information, you agree to grant Noramtec the right to use your personal information for recruitment and selection purposes.

Noramtec collects both solicited and unsolicited candidate information related to the job search process. Information is collected through electronic and paper means, via online job sites, via email, in person, by telephone, via a third person who recommends you as a candidate for a specific job opening or for our business in general and / or by any other method. If you submit any personal information relating to other people to us or to our service providers, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance to this policy statement.

Information may be kept both electronically and / or in hard copy. Electronic information is stored and accessed via a password secured central repository database. Hard copy resumes will be stored in locked filing cabinets. Information will be retained by Noramtec, unless the candidate has requested the removal of their information or it is determined the contact information is no longer valid or as a periodic purge of older information.

Interview notes and accompanying interview resume information will be maintained in either electronic or hard copy. Electronic interview information will be stored in a password secured central repository database. Hard copy interview information will be stored in locked cabinets.

Personal information will not be shared with any third party at any time without the explicit consent of the applicant and for no other reason than recruitment. We process personal information such as name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, resume and references, including reference contact information,(and any updates), job title or job role, qualifications, experience, employment and educational history, language proficiencies, security clearances, citizenship, work authorization status, desired compensation, and other work related information relating to your employment career. We may also keep a record of your correspondence.

Reference information (e.g. former/current employer, educational institute, etc.) will be collected by Noramtec solely for the purpose of qualifying credentials of the candidate. Either Noramtec or its client will conduct the reference checks with the consent of the candidate.

We, either directly or using external service-providers, may collect, use and disclose some or all of the following information for our file about you from sources other than yourself to: verify educational and professional qualifications, verify employment history, information received through reference and background checks, and through criminal and credit record checks and specific tests only if required for the position.

We retain personal information that we collect about you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. This may be to provide you with the service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax and / or accounting requirements.

Please be informed, we may transfer personal information to other Noramtec Recruitment offices and third parties located in other countries that may not necessarily have the same data protection laws.

The Noramtec web site may contain hyperlinks to other sites for your convenience and for information purposes. Should you access these links, you will leave the Noramtec site. Noramtec does not have control on the privacy practices of these sites. Any personal information you choose to provide or that is collected by these third parties is not covered by this privacy policy statement.

Should a candidate at any time wish to withdraw their information they may make this request in writing to Noramtec. At that time any electronic versions will be fully purged from the system and any hard copies will be shredded.

I consent to the terms herein. I understand I may withdraw my consent at any time through a written notification. At this time Noramtec will have ten (10) working days to comply with my request.
